Provides visionary leadership and strategic direction for the organisation. As the executive authority of the Centre, the Director oversees the implementation of CEQ's mission and objectives, ensuring daily operations, partnerships, and advocacy initiatives align with the organisation's long-term goals.
An honorary body of distinguished professionals providing independent, strategic, and ethical guidance to the Executive Director and leadership team. Drawing from expertise across education, psychology, social development, and governance, the Board strengthens CEQ's credibility and impact.
Ensures the smooth and efficient running of the Centre's internal functions — finance and budgeting, human resources, compliance, and administrative processes.
Leads the design, development, and implementation of advocacy and outreach initiatives through strategic campaigns, partnerships, and community dialogues.
